Anybot, Inc. Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Services are not available in every jurisdiction; you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including enabling multi-factor authentication where available), and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Anybot provides a SaaS platform for building, customizing, deploying, and managing AI-powered chatbots. Features include a visual builder, knowledge base uploads, custom prompts, analytics, integrations, and hosting. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

Paid plans are billed at $70 per chatbot per month (or as otherwise agreed in writing for custom or enterprise plans). New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable except during the trial period, in cases of our material uncured breach, or as required by law.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice. Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features after reasonable retry attempts.

You may not use the Services (or allow your chatbots or End-Users to use them) for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

Illegal activities, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, harassment, hate speech, or child exploitation (zero tolerance; immediate termination and reporting to authorities). Spamming, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to train competing AI systems. Circumventing rate limits, security controls, or technical restrictions. Uploading or generating content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. Using AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes advice without human oversight and clear disclaimers. Jailbreaking safety filters or generating prohibited content.

We actively monitor for violations and may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice for serious or repeated violations.

You retain ownership of your User Content (chatbot configurations, knowledge bases, prompts, and conversation histories you export). You grant Anybot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use your content as necessary to provide and improve the Services (including aggregated model improvement, subject to the Privacy Policy opt-out).

You own the outputs generated by your chatbots, subject to these Terms and any underlying model provider terms. We retain all rights in the Anybot platform, trademarks, and our proprietary technology.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, BIASES, OR INACCURACIES ("HALLUCINATIONS"). IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR SPECIFIC AI PERFORMANCE LEVELS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYBOT'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

EXCEPTIONS APPLY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, FRAUD, OR LIABILITIES THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anybot and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, your End-Users' interactions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements. Upon termination, you may export your data during a reasonable wind-down period. Certain provisions (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Anybot, Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration (AAA rules) in the jurisdiction where Anybot is registered. You waive class actions and representative proceedings. Small claims and injunctive relief for IP matters are permitted in court. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by written notice.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or prominent in-app or website notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anybot. Severability, waiver, assignment (we may assign freely; you may not without consent), force majeure, export compliance, and independent contractor provisions apply. Notices may be sent by email or through the Services.
