Refund Policy

This policy outlines when refunds are and are not granted for Anybot subscriptions.

1. No Refunds for Forgotten Cancellations

We do not issue refunds for subscriptions you forgot to cancel. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use our services.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds are only granted when an Anybot chatbot has behaved inappropriately. To request a refund, you must provide clear screenshots and documented proof of the inappropriate behavior.

3. Refund Process

Submit your refund request to zefsbusiness@gmail.com with your account details, the chatbot in question, and the required proof. We review requests within 5-7 business days.

4. Final Notes

All refund decisions are at our sole discretion. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
